Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting MyQuest RPJ! We’re committed to getting your journal, adventure modules, and accessories into your hands as swiftly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:


Processing Times

  • Standard Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • During product launches, holidays, or sales, please allow for up to 7 business days due to increased demand.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (USA)

  • Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75

International

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

  • Customs Fees & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or fees.

  • Note: We currently ship to select countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, feel free to contact us directly!


Tracking & Lost Packages

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at randy.miller@myquestrpj.com and we’ll investigate and help resolve the issue.


Packaging

We ship your MyQuest RPJ products with care in eco-conscious packaging designed to protect the items and evoke the magic of the Realm. Keep an eye out for themed inserts and quest-ready presentation!


Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (shipping fees may apply).


Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at randy.miller@myquestrpj.com with photos or details. We’ll make it right.


Special Requests or Bulk Orders?

We’d love to help! For event packages, community groups, or larger bulk orders, email us directly so we can coordinate the best shipping method for your needs.
